At Go Mommy®, your satisfaction means the world to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. Whether you’re in the USA, Canada, Europe, or Australia, our return and refund process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and fair.

🛒 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened or used products (e.g., silver nursing cups, nipple covers) cannot be returned unless defective.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gomommyus.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping instructions.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay) within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

🌍 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. (Canada, Europe, Australia) are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.

🚚 Shipping Issues or Damaged Products

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll replace or refund the item immediately.

📌 Additional Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order if needed.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be refunded.
